Quick Cyber Arena, a computer gaming club of “MIRAN SAYOHAT CATERING” MChJ at 22 Shahrisabz street, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, operates the app “Quick Bot”. The app publishes content to our own Instagram account @quick_tashkent and answers messages and comments that people send to this account.
When you send a Direct message to @quick_tashkent or comment on our posts, Meta sends us the text of your message or comment, your Instagram-scoped user ID and your username. We do not receive or request any other data.
Only to answer your question about the club (prices, opening hours, address, booking, promotions) or to forward it to the club administrator (via the administrator's private Telegram) when a human answer is needed. To understand your question, the text may be processed by Anthropic (Claude API), which does not use it to train models. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else and do not use it for advertising.
The last messages of a conversation are kept in the bot's memory for at most 24 hours so that it can understand follow-up questions. We keep anonymous counters (number of messages and topics, without text or user IDs) for up to 60 days for our weekly statistics.
To delete your data, send “delete my data” to our Telegram @quickcyberarena or as a Direct message to Instagram @quick_tashkent. We delete everything related to you within 7 days and confirm it. You can also remove the app's access to your conversation by deleting the conversation in Instagram.
